I learned a new term today: kind candor.

I thought it might be the same as constructive criticism, but I wasn't sure, so I posed that question in the chat during Gary Vaynerchuk's first "Tea With GaryVee" of 2022 (yay! it's back!) as he spoke about kind candor with his final guest.

He stopped his interview momentarily to scoop out my question and discuss. He explained why there is indeed an important distinction.
